How do I tracking my Asluxe order?

You have 3 options to track your parcel:
1. Online tracking order status
Visit the following address to check the latest logistics status of your order through your email address.
Track my order
2. Got a Asluxe account?
Log in your account through the online store, check out the fulfilment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click onto the order information & you can find your tracking information there.
3. I don't have a Asluxe account yet
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, don’t stress! Your order will usually take around 2-4 business days to be dispatched.
*Please note, tracking can take around 48 hours to update after dispatch. -

How long does it take before my order gets shipped?

We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1-3 business days. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around the end of the year.
Furthermore, there will be chances that the item that you ordered may run out of stock though we are doing our best to avoid this from happening. We will definitely try to get you notified as soon as possible if that happens.
You may on and off notice during checkout that the estimated delivery time is exceptionally long. This could be due to that some products are currently having nil inventory and restock of the goods is in progress.

What if I receive a defective item?

We got you covered! Please contact us with a photo of the defects. Customers are required to return the defective items. For returning defective item within 10 days from receiving your order, we are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. After 10 days from receiving your order, customer are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items.
Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package. Once the items are returned, we will arrange a replacement of the same product for you right away after verifying the quality issue. If your product(s) is discontinued or out-of-stock, it may be replaced by a similar option. -
Can I receive a full refund for my order?

Please be advised that shipping fee are non-refundable. Any discounts that were applied with a minimum purchase requirement may not be applicable after a removal of product(s) in an order. For discounts that are applicable on second/subsequent item, the discount will be revoked on partial return of the order, and the unreturned item will be charged in original price. Shipping fee may also be applied.
Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. There might be a lead time required by PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider) to set up the refund.
