  • What if my parcel or product is damaged?

    If your package becomes damaged during transit, notify us within 7 days of the parcel being delivered at help@asluxe.com with clear photos of everything you have received and the condition of the parcel/products.
    We can inspect the damaged package and the damaged items may be replaced.

    We got you covered! Please contact us with a photo of the defects. Customers are required to return the defective items. For returning defective item within 10 days from receiving your order, we are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. After 10 days from receiving your order, customer are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items.

    Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
