Why did I not receive any confirm email?

If you do not receive any email from Asluxe after you successfully place the order, please check your spam, they may be blocked. If there is still no please contact us. Normally, Asluxe will send you an confirm Email after you ordered, and when we ship the goods, we will send you a second e-mail about the tracking number. -
How can I make changes to my order?

Simply email us within 12 hours . Be sure to include your order number! If you would like to change your design, please also include the URL or name of the new design. Otherwise, if it is the device type, case type, or color that you would like to adjust, please also let us know the details in email. -
Is my order eligible for free shipping?

Free shipping can be applied to orders that meet the minimum amount required, excluding discounted, sale, and oversized/overweight products. Your order will be shipped using economy shipping. -
How long does it take before my order gets shipped?

We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1-3 business days. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around the end of the year.
Furthermore, there will be chances that the item that you ordered may run out of stock though we are doing our best to avoid this from happening. We will definitely try to get you notified as soon as possible if that happens.

What if I receive a defective item?

For returning defective item within 10 days from receiving your order, we are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. After 10 days from receiving your order, customer are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items.
Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package. Once the items are returned, we will arrange a replacement of the same product for you right away after verifying the quality issue. If your product(s) is discontinued or out-of-stock, it may be replaced by a similar option.
